Affiliate Program

Spinanga Affiliate Program Overview

The Spinanga Affiliate Program enrolls qualified marketing partners to promote Spinanga’s gaming platform under a non‑exclusive independent contractor arrangement. Participation is governed by these Terms & Conditions, the Marketing Guidelines, and applicable law. Spinanga reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts for non‑compliance, fraud, or other material violations.

Eligibility and Onboarding

Applicants must provide accurate business information, complete verification, and meet anti‑fraud standards. Upon approval, each affiliate receives a unique tracking identifier, access to the Affiliate Portal, and promotional resources. The program is non‑exclusive and may be terminated or suspended at Spinanga’s sole discretion for breach of these terms or regulatory concerns.

Commission Models and Calculation

Spinanga offers multiple monetization structures. Earnings are calculated on Net Revenue attributed to the affiliate’s tracking identifier. Net Revenue is defined as gross revenue generated by referred players, less player winnings, bonuses awarded to players, refunds, and approved chargebacks, in accordance with Spinanga’s terms.

  • Revenue Share: up to 60% of Net Revenue, calculated monthly and payable in the subsequent payout cycle after required verifications and adjustments.
  • CPA (Cost‑Per‑Action): fixed compensation per qualifying first‑time depositor, subject to eligibility verification and defined criteria; payable in the monthly cycle after the referred player’s qualifying action.
  • Hybrid: a negotiated combination of Revenue Share and CPA, approved on a per‑partner basis with a defined overall payout.

All calculations are final except for material errors or fraud. Spinanga may adjust commissions for non‑compliant or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to invalid traffic or tampering with tracking data.

Payouts, Thresholds and Payment Methods

Payouts occur on a monthly basis, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each month, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold. The standard minimum payout is 100 USD or the local currency equivalent. Payouts are made via approved methods, including bank transfer or secure electronic mechanisms. Spinanga may cover customary banking fees where permitted by applicable law; affiliates are responsible for any non‑standard charges imposed by their payment provider. There is no negative carryover; monthly balances reset to zero at each cycle and carryover of deficits is prohibited.

Tracking, Reporting and Analytics

Affiliates have access to real‑time performance dashboards through the Affiliate Portal, with detailed metrics and historical data. Tracking relies on a unique affiliate ID and cookie‑based attribution with a default attribution window of 90 days. Data can be exported for reconciliation, and an API is available for integration subject to security and access requirements.

Brand Use and Compliance

Affiliates must use Spinanga branding and promotional assets only as approved. All creatives require prior written approval, and Spinanga reserves the right to revoke approval at any time. Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising laws, data privacy requirements, and responsible gambling standards, including restrictions on targeting minors and prohibitions on misleading or deceptive marketing practices. Activities outside the approved channels may result in suspension or termination of the Affiliate relationship.

Data Protection and Privacy

Spinanga acts as the data controller for information collected via the Affiliate Portal; affiliates act as data processors with regard to personal data of referred players as applicable. Both parties will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, and notify each other of any data breach in accordance with the law. Affiliates shall maintain the confidentiality of credentialed access and promptly report security incidents.

Term, Termination and Disputes

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. Termination does not affect earned but unpaid commissions or ongoing obligations accrued prior to termination. Post‑termination, Spinanga shall settle earned commissions in a timely manner, subject to adjustments for fraud or material breach. Governing law shall be the law of Spinanga’s registered jurisdiction, and disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
