Spinanga provides a structured process for transferring funds from your account to your chosen payment method. By initiating a withdrawal, you agree to comply with this policy and the applicable Terms of Use. This policy covers eligibility, verification, available methods, limits, processing timelines, fees, and remedies related to withdrawals.

Eligibility and verification

To request a withdrawal you must have a fully verified Spinanga account with cleared funds available for withdrawal. The withdrawal request must be in the name registered to your Spinanga account and funded from an equivalent source. Spinanga reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals where identity verification is incomplete, funds are not clearly sourced, or there is suspected non-compliance with applicable laws.

Withdrawal methods

Available withdrawal options are shown in the Spinanga cashier and may vary by jurisdiction. Common methods include:

  • Bank transfers (fiat)
  • Debit or credit card withdrawals
  • E‑wallet withdrawals
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals where available

Each method is subject to its own processing timelines, limits, and verification requirements. Spinanga may restrict certain methods in specific markets or currencies.

Limits and thresholds

Withdrawal limits are set per method and jurisdiction and are published in the Spinanga cashier. Key points:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: €40 or the equivalent in the user’s currency

Processing times and status

After approval, funds are released to the chosen method in accordance with the processor’s timelines. You may cancel a withdrawal request before it is finalized.

Spinanga may require ongoing verification for withdrawals in line with AML/KYC obligations. Users must provide documentation to verify identity and source of funds when requested. Deposits must be in the same name as the Spinanga account and originate from legitimate sources. Spinanga may pause, suspend, or withhold withdrawals pending verification or further inquiry into transactions.

Fees, taxes and third-party charges

Chargebacks, refunds and reversals

In the event of a chargeback or reversal initiated by a user or payment processor, Spinanga reserves the right to suspend or reverse withdrawals and to reclaim funds. Refunds, when applicable, are processed by Spinanga to the original payment method after completing necessary verifications. Refunds are not provided for services consumed during gameplay, unless required by law or the applicable terms.

Documentation requests and account security

Spinanga reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to verify identity, ownership of payment methods, or the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or denial. For security, account activity may trigger temporary withdrawal holds or additional verification measures.

Disputes and support

If you believe a withdrawal has been processed incorrectly or refused in error, you may escalate the matter to Spinanga Support. Withdrawal-related inquiries will be acknowledged and addressed within two (2) business days, with a final disposition communicated in writing.
