Introduction

In the event of a conflict with the General Terms of Use, this Bonus Policy takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.

All bonuses are issued on a per‑user basis; a single person, residential address, telephone number, email address, payment method, device, and computer environment may be associated with a bonus. Scope of Coverage

Each offer may have additional terms that supplement this Policy; where terms conflict, the offer terms prevail for that promotion.

General Provisions Common to All Bonuses

  • First‑use and verification: Bonuses are available only to fully verified players and may be restricted by geography as stated in the offer terms.
  • One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active at any given time. A bonus cannot be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Non‑transferable and non‑refundable: Bonuses, free spins, and free bets are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑refundable. Technical, geographic, or legal restrictions may prevent payout and Spinanga bears no obligation to compensate for such restrictions.
  • Errors: If a bonus is credited in error, Spinanga reserves the right to correct the credit, revoke the offer, and withdraw any winnings associated with the erroneous credit.

Casino Bonuses: Wagering, Contributions, and Betting Limits

  • Game contributions: Casino bonuses may be offered in connection with specific Gaming Service Providers (GSPs) or specific titles. Wagering requirements are calculated only on wagering conducted on the eligible GSPs and/or the specified games; wagering on ineligible games does not contribute to the requirement.
  • Betting limits during bonus: The minimum bet size while an Active Bonus is in place is 0.5 EUR / 0.5 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 AUD / 0.75 NZD / 2.5 BRL per spin or bet (or currency equivalent). Wagers lower than the minimum do not count toward wagering.
  • Maximum bet during bonus: The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is 5 EUR / 5 USD / 7.5 CAD / 7.5 AUD / 7.5 NZD / 25 BRL per spin or bet (or currency equivalent). Wagers above this limit do not count toward wagering and any resulting winnings may be forfeited.

  • Minimal risk bets: Minimal risk betting strategies (e.g., simultaneous bets on opposing outcomes) do not qualify toward wagering requirements, and customers engaging in such practice may have bonuses and winnings confiscated.
  • Prohibited delays: Delaying a game round to avoid wagering requirements or to wait for a new deposit while bonus features remain active is prohibited.

Sports Bonuses: Wagering and Allocation

  • Maximum stake while active: For a Sports Deposit Bonus, the maximum bet while the bonus is active equals the amount of the deposit.
  • Qualifying bets: Bets must meet the conditions set out in the offer to count toward the wagering release. Bets on the same outcome, or other similar or repetitive bets, may count only as specified in the offer terms.

Wagering, Redemption, and Balance Allocation

Wagering requirements apply to the total eligible amount (deposit plus bonus as applicable). Bets that count toward wagering are allocated in the following order: real money funds are used first; once fully wagered, wagering may apply to bonus funds. Territorial Restrictions

Currency, Withdrawals, and Reporting
