Scope and Acceptance

Disputes and Resolution

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spinanga’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts or arbitration forum designated by Spinanga’s regulatory regime, subject to applicable mandatory protections for consumers where available.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Spinanga’s failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spinanga regarding the Site.
